A great article was just posted over on Yahoo discussing the worst announcers of all time. Take a look when you get a chance. Announcers. Personally, I think #48 could easily crack the top 10. The following article clearly states my position on this matter.

Glad to see Vitale at 5, I starting losing hope when I began at 50 and worked my way up. As a Duke hater it's painful to listen to this jerk drool all over them. Yeah, they're really good, i get it, everyone gets it. Just interject a little catch phrase here and there and we'll all be better off. "Diaper dandy, awesome baby!"
