Well it's about damn time. Any minute of the day I'm home, I can change the channel to the mercurial 174 and watch some sort of soccer match - from the mighty Premier League of England to the lowly 7th Division of American Samoa. It seems that next month the day after the Super Bowl, Fox Sports World is changing their name to better suit their programming.
Soccer Channel to Begin in February
The ultimate football game, the one with the Roman numerals attached, will be the forum for the "rebranding" of a cable channel devoted to the other football. In a 30-second commercial during Fox's Super Bowl pregame show on Feb. 6, Fox Sports World will morph into the Fox Soccer Channel; it will begin broadcasting at 12:01 a.m. Feb. 7.
Luckily, I can still watch sports at 2:30 in the morning that I have no clue as to their rules.
The soccer channel will devote about 80 percent of its programming to first-run soccer games and programs, dropping motorsports coverage from its current lineup but retaining limited coverage of sports like rugby.
Time for digital cable Nacho.
Kirsty Jane Gallacher - yep, she can play.

I didn't even read the post yet, the picture is fantastic...
