Well, I found a little more on the Overstock.com chick (did I mention that I love pony tails?). Turns out her name is Sabine Ehrenfeld and she has done some TV work here and there. I also found the picture attached to the post to emphasize Sabine's hotness. I can't find much when I google for her, but I'm sure we will see more of her in the future.
Quick update, found one of the Overstock.com commercials with Sabine in it. This isn't the hot pony tail one, but it will do for now.

The lady is hot. Can't deny that and can't blame guys for fantasizing, especially since tv is designed that way. If she were to dress like a nun and do a "sound of music" would people even heard of overstock.com, let alone remember it? I knew that she's at least in her 40's, but that only makes her hotter. If a woman can look like that in her 40's, then by all means she can have this young gun! lol.. and not just for a one night stand, I'll even do the walk for her.. *dreamy eyes* :P

A long time ago (probably around 1989), she was in a Bugel Boy ad where this guy gets out of a shower and can't find any clothing. The denoument is that Sabine has discarded all his clothes and gotten him new stuff from Bugel Boy. She appears wearing only a men's button down shirt and says something like: "Maybe you should try this one on first."
She was also in Hall's cough drops commercial very briefly coming out of an elevator.
She was in an American Express commercial with Jerry Seinfeld wearing a red dress.
She's been in a bunch of other commercials too (including the Hanes for Women and Special K ads-- she may have been in an ad for Levitra recently, but I am not sure if that was her or not), but I can't recall all of them now.
If it isn't obvious, I've been looking out for her in commercials for a long time :)

all this talk makes me think of when I was 12, before the internet and porn on demand, I was forced to jerk off to network tv. I sure could have used some Overstock ads then. Not that I'm complaining about the job Kelly Kaposki did for me, but a little Overstock would have been nice
